Return & Exchange Policy

Minnesota Emu is here to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange your item purchased after 30 days of use as directed if it fails to provide any benefit to the original purchaser.

 

Upon receipt of your item please inspect the box for damages. Once you open your package inspect your product, sometimes units do arrive damaged or defective. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately. If a shipment is damaged in shipping we must notify the shipping company within 48 hours. We cannot be responsible for shipping damage if you wait longer than 48 hours to notify us.

 

Within 5 days after your product has arrived, if for any reason you are not satisfied and the safety seals are still intact, we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping & handling) less the inspection and restocking fee.

 

We can’t sell a product once it is opened and used. The 100% return policy is only valid if you contact us within the first 5 days and the product remains in unused condition, has not been in a smoke-filled environment, and has not been exposed to heat or freezing cold or damaged in any way.

 

All returns require a return authorization. Please contact us, 1-800-368-4246, so that we can assist you with doing so. You must pay for return shipping costs. When returning the product to us, please insure the package for the full value.

 

If a return authorization is issued, will we assist you with either a refund (after a 20% restocking fee) or an exchange can be done to a product that better matches your needs. The restocking fee for the units returned between days 6 and 30 is 25%. All returns require a return authorization. You are responsible to pay for return shipping costs. When returning product to us please insure the package for the full value.  For all exchanges or refunds… we must first receive the original product before we ship out an exchange or issue a credit.

 

After 30 days, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot refund or exchange your product. All items returned without a return authorization, including items returned to us for refusal delivery, are subject to the 20% restocking fee if found to be still in marketable condition. Any products that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all costs, labor, and shipping charges for testing and evaluation

We do not guarantee results or efficacy of any product we sell. We can related to you what other people tell us, but we do not and cannot guarantee anyone any specific results-everybody is different and their habitat, habits, hygiene, medical history and food consumption, among other things, make each of us unique.

After receiving a return authorization, if you wish to make a return, IN WRITING:

1.           Indicate for what malady the product was used;

2.           Indicate how you used the product and the amount used with each application;

3.           Indicate the frequency of use;

4.           Send a copy of the sales receipt;

5.           Return the product postage paid to:

Any authorized return is subject to a 20% examination and restocking charge.  No cash refunds will be given.  Returns of factory sealed merchandise are allowed for exchange of product or merchandise credit ONLY plus the costs of all additional shipping.

 

Unapproved returns will be returned to the shipper

 

Wholesale purchasers have product return privileges only with an advanced Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in writing from the manufacturer.  Product returns should not be sent without an RMA.  Generally wholesale purchases may not be returned with the exception of damaged products.

 

Retailers and Wholesalers of EmuMagic products are to instruct customers to follow the guarantee provisions listed above.  They are not authorized to accept product returns.
